This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications (hereby referred to as “Application” or “Applications”) developed by Appy Dan (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) and made available as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”

The Applications do not collect personally identifiable information when you download or use them. However, the Apple App Store or other third-party services may collect certain information as part of their operations, such as:

•Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)

•The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

•The time spent using the Application

•The operating system of your mobile device

The Applications do not collect or gather precise location data from your mobile device.

For the purpose of improving the user experience, the Service Provider may collect anonymous analytical data about how users interact with the Applications. This data is used to better understand usage patterns and enhance features, but it is not personally identifiable.

If an Application includes advertising, data may be collected by third-party ad providers. However, this data is not used or stored by the Service Provider. The data collected by ad providers is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.

Third-Party Access

The Applications do not directly link to third parties, except for services like analytics or advertisements where applicable.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided or automatically collected information:

•As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process

•When there is a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the Service Provider’s rights, ensure user safety, or investigate fraud

•With trusted service providers who perform tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they adhere to this privacy policy and do not independently use the data

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain any user-provided data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s online activities and help enforce this Privacy Policy by instructing their children not to provide personally identifiable information without parental consent.
